Alexandria Intermediate Baseball wins State Championship


Dateline Alexandria VA:

Alexandria has once again won the State Intermediate Baseball Championship.  They won all 4 games in a double elimination tournament featuring 9 total teams from all over the Commonwealth.

It was a steamy hot morning and Alexandria was able to prevail over a very tough team from District 3 Broadway Little League, who had ran the gauntlet in the lower bracket to make the championship game.

CONGRATULATIONS ALEXANDRIA!!
