Schedule of Events for Friday, July 5
- 1:00pm to 3:00pm Team check-in - Team managers are required to report to the Alexandria Little League Field located at 426 E. Monroe Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22301 with the following: tournament affidavit, proof of residency forms, and medical releases.

- 4:00pm Opening Ceremonies - Teams will be lined up and introduced on the Big Simpson field, and a brief Opening Ceremony will take place. We will instruct teams to line up at a specified dugout prior to the start of the Opening Ceremony.

- 6:00pm Pre-Tournament Meeting - All tournament officials, managers, and coaches are required to attend. The meeting will be held at the Commonwealth Academy, with an address of 1321 Leslie Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22301 (a short walk across the street from the field). Coin flips will be held to determine home teams for all games.

- 7:00pm District 4 Majors All-Star Game at Little Simpson Field.  Alexandria vs. Vienna American
